Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be in new and unused condition.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
Accepted Return Reasons
- Defective or damaged products.
- Change of mind or incorrect order (non-defective items).
Return Methods
You may return or exchange your items using one of the following methods:
- By mail (return label included in the package).
- At a designated drop-off location.
- In-store return at any of our retail locations.
Return Shipping & Fees
- A return label is included with your package and is free of charge.
- A restocking fee of BDT 100 will be deducted from the refund for non-defective item returns.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return to process the refund.
Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged for a different size, flavor, or product, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests are subject to the same return conditions and must be initiated within the 15-day window.
