Suggested Use: Take a single serving of the product ‒ 2 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily. Recommended daily portion is 4 capsules.
On workout days:1st serving 30 min. before the workout; 2nd serving, immediately after the workout.
On non-workout days:1st serving 30 min. before your first meal, 2nd serving before bedtime.
