Chela-Mag B6 + D3 is a dietary supplement with a uniquely combined high digestible form of magnesium in the form of the amino acid chelate Albion® with vitamin D3 in the amount of 2000 IU and vitamins B6 and K2. Magnesium is an essential element in the biosynthesis of the active form of vitamin D. Scientific research suggests that the consumption of magnesium from diets or supplements reduces the likelihood of insufficient level of vitamin D in the body and its consequences. In addition, it has been observed that vitamin D can stimulate magnesium intestinal absorption.
