Recommended Use:
Take 1 serving (6g – one scoop) and mix it with 350ml water or beverage. Use this product 30–40 minutes before training and shortly after training or before going to bed. On your rest days you can consume this product between meals. Take one or two servings per day.

Super smooth and mixes really well with water. Do not get the vanilla, in my opinion it tastes like powder milk. Fruity pebbles is amazing, very good with really anything; water, milk, or overnight oats. Coco pebbles is also good.
