One 30 g serving provides 27 g of whey bioactive protein isolate, cold extracted by cross-circulation membranes, with ion exchangers producing an ultra-filtered and micro-filtered protein isolate. Lactose-free, carbohydrate-free and fat-free.
The best product for muscle mass without fat gain. Can also be used as an appetite suppressant in weight loss diets.
Recommended Use: Adults: Take 1-3 scoops daily. Mix with 16 oz of water or juice. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Super smooth and mixes really well with water. Do not get the vanilla, in my opinion it tastes like powder milk. Fruity pebbles is amazing, very good with really anything; water, milk, or overnight oats. Coco pebbles is also good.
